I have had this recipe for years and it is quick to mix up and bake. Nice and moist.

2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups white sugar
3 - eggs
1 - large and 1 small jars of plum baby food
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup wesson oil
1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make baby food plum cake

Step 1

With mixer, cream together sugar, eggs, baby food and oil. Add flour and spices, mixing well. Then fold in pecans.

Step 2

Bake 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Just do the toothpick test at 40 minutes, and if its clean its done!
