Ingredients
- 4 - beaten eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 cup pecans, in pieces
- 3 jars small jars of baby food carrots
- 3 1/2 cups powered sugar
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 stick real butter
How To Make baby food carrot cake & cream cheese frosting

Step 1Reheat oven to 350 degrees, greased & flour a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a large mixing bowl add the first 9 ingredients and mix till well blended. Put into greased & floured 9x13 pan and bake for 50 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. This recipe is also great for cupcakes, but shorten the baking time.

Step 2For frosting, mix the last 4 ingredients at high speed till creamy. Make sure the cream cheese and butter are soften before making frosting. Spread onto cooled cake.
