1Reheat oven to 350 degrees, greased & flour a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a large mixing bowl add the first 9 ingredients and mix till well blended. Put into greased & floured 9x13 pan and bake for 50 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. This recipe is also great for cupcakes, but shorten the baking time.
2For frosting, mix the last 4 ingredients at high speed till creamy. Make sure the cream cheese and butter are soften before making frosting. Spread onto cooled cake.
