baking soda
1 tsp
2 tsp
1 1/2 c
1 c
pecans, in pieces
3 jar(s)
small jars of baby food carrots
3 1/2 c
powered sugar
8 oz
softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 stick
real butter

How to Make Baby Food Carrot Cake & Cream Cheese Frosting


  • 1Reheat oven to 350 degrees, greased & flour a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a large mixing bowl add the first 9 ingredients and mix till well blended. Put into greased & floured 9x13 pan and bake for 50 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. This recipe is also great for cupcakes, but shorten the baking time.
  • 2For frosting, mix the last 4 ingredients at high speed till creamy. Make sure the cream cheese and butter are soften before making frosting. Spread onto cooled cake.
