- 1 cup oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 small jar each of prune & apricot baby fruit
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make baby food cake

Step 1Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add baby fruit and mix well. Sift flour and remaining dry ingredients. Add to fruit mixture. Bake in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 2This cake does not need frosting or glaze. Dust lightly with powdered sugar for eye appeal.
