This is a very moist cake and is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 small jar each of prune & apricot baby fruit
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make baby food cake

  • Step 1
    Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add baby fruit and mix well. Sift flour and remaining dry ingredients. Add to fruit mixture. Bake in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Step 2
    This cake does not need frosting or glaze. Dust lightly with powdered sugar for eye appeal.
