    all-purpose flour
  • 1 small jar(s)
    each of prune & apricot baby fruit
  • 2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Baby Food Cake


  1. Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add baby fruit and mix well. Sift flour and remaining dry ingredients. Add to fruit mixture. Bake in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  2. This cake does not need frosting or glaze. Dust lightly with powdered sugar for eye appeal.
