Ingredients

1 c
oil
3
eggs
1 tsp
nutmeg
2 c
all-purpose flour
1 small jar(s)
each of prune & apricot baby fruit
2 c
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add baby fruit and mix well. Sift flour and remaining dry ingredients. Add to fruit mixture. Bake in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
2This cake does not need frosting or glaze. Dust lightly with powdered sugar for eye appeal.
