1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon/ 1 stick butter
2Mix topping ingredients well and crumble on top of batter before baking
3Preheart oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In large bowl,beat eggs til light and fluffy. Mix in oil and sugar. Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
Combine all dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. Add walnuts and stir. Divide batter into loaf pans. Add streusel topping and bake 60-70 mins or until done.
