- 400 grams cream cheese, softened
- 70 grams fine granulated sugar
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 10 grams lemon juice
- 200 grams whipping cream
- 5 grams cornstarch
How To Make authentic basque cheesecake

Step 1Spread oil paper on a 6 inch cake mould and preheat the oven to 220℃.

Step 2Add cream cheese to the main pan.

Step 3Add fine granulated sugar.

Step 4Put on the measuring cup and mix the materials at 30sec/REV 5.

Step 5Scrape the materials to the bottom of the pot with a scraper.

Step 6Start stirring at 30sec/REV 5, and pour the eggs in slowly at the same time.

Step 7Add lemon juice, whipping cream and cornstarch.

Step 8Mix the materials at 30sec/REV 5.

Step 9Sift the batter and pour it into the mould.

Step 10Bake the mould in the oven for about 35 minutes, and color the tin foil after its surface’ color changes.

Step 11Take out and cool the mould. Place the mould in a refrigerator for one night before enjoying.
