    wesson oil
  • 2 c

  • 3 c
    diced apples (uncooked)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • ·
    sift together and add to the above
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Auntie Bev's Fresh Apple Cake


  1. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes in a greased and floured 13X9X2 inch or Bundt pan.
  2. May serve plain, drizzled with Cream Cheese Frosting diluted with a bit of milk, drizzled with Caramel Sauce, drizzled with Butterscotch Frosting diluted with a bit of milk or dust with Confectioner's Sugar. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
