aunt's chocolate coconut cake
My Aunt used to make the BEST chocolate cakes. she's no longer able to bake anymore. A few months ago,I was talking to her and she told me she used to add coconut to her cakes sometimes,this is the recipe she gave me.

Ingredients
- - 1 box chocolate cake mix
- - 1/4 c vegetable oil
- - 3 eggs
- - 8 oz sour cream
- - 1 can ( 81/2 oz)cream of coconut
- FROSTING
- - 8 oz cream cheese,softened
- - 1 lb box powdered sugar
- - cocoa powder
- - 2 tablespoon milk
- - 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix all cake ingredients with electric mixer 2 mins.Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan or 3 9 inch round cake pans. Bake 30 minutes. Cool. Frosting: Blend powdered sugar and enough cocoa to make the color of frosting you like into softened cream cheese. Add vanilla. Add enough milk to make spreading consistency . Spread between cake layers,sides and top.
