Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can # 2 size can of crushed pineapple
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup pecans
- - for the icing mix
- 1 package cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - pecans to garnish
How To Make aunt ruthies pinapple cake

Step 1Mix all cake ingredients in large bowl and put in a greased 9x11 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Step 2While cake is baking make the icing and ice cake while it is still hot. The icing is thick and it will cook some on the hot cake melting into the cake a little but also will seal off.
