Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix (i prefer pillsbury over betty crocker)
- 4 cups rhubrb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
How To Make aunt pat's rhubarb cream cake

Step 1Mix cake mix as directions given. Put in a greased cake pan.

Step 2Gently put diced up rhubarb onto uncooked cake mix.

Step 3Then sprinkle the 1 cup of sugar onto the rhubarb.

Step 4Slowly drizzle the whole pint of cream onto the sugar.

Step 5Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350, You will be able to tell when its done when the top is golden brown and the sides of the cake is slightly detatched from the cake pan.
