How to Make Aunt Ernice's Pound Cake
- 1Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and light.
- 2Beat in eggs one at a time.
- 3Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add 1/4 of dry ingred. to sugar/butter/egg mixture; mix well. Continue adding dry ingred. in fourths.
- 4Add milk and mix well at medium speed, then stir in vanilla.
- 5Grease and flour a large TUBE pan. Pour batter in slowly. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.
