This recipe was handed down from my Great Aunt Anne to me. It is a great recipe for you to get creative and add in your favorite ingredients. I love adding peanut butter, chocolate and caramel!

Ingredients
- 4 8oz packages cream cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 rounded tablespoons all purpose flour
How To Make aunt anne's cheesecake

Step 1Before starting leave cream cheese out till room temperature.

Step 2Mix in one ingredient in at a time.

Step 3Grease and flour a 10” springform pan. Put a cookie tray on the bottom rack in the oven to catch any spills.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in the oven for 30 minutes with the door cracked open.

Step 5Cover with plastic wrap and then foil and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
