This recipe was handed down from my Great Aunt Anne to me. It is a great recipe for you to get creative and add in your favorite ingredients. I love adding peanut butter, chocolate and caramel!

Ingredients

  • 4 8oz packages cream cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 16 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 rounded tablespoons all purpose flour

How To Make aunt anne's cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Before starting leave cream cheese out till room temperature.
  • Step 2
    Mix in one ingredient in at a time.
  • Step 3
    Grease and flour a 10” springform pan. Put a cookie tray on the bottom rack in the oven to catch any spills.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in the oven for 30 minutes with the door cracked open.
  • Step 5
    Cover with plastic wrap and then foil and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
