This recipe was handed down from my Great Aunt Anne to me. It is a great recipe for you to get creative and add in your favorite ingredients. I love adding peanut butter, chocolate and caramel!

4 8oz pkg
cream cheese
16 oz
sour cream
16 oz
heavy cream
1 1/2 c
1 Tbsp
pure vanilla extract
4 rounded Tbsp
all purpose flour

How to Make Aunt Anne's Cheesecake


  • 1Before starting leave cream cheese out till room temperature.
  • 2Mix in one ingredient in at a time.
  • 3Grease and flour a 10” springform pan. Put a cookie tray on the bottom rack in the oven to catch any spills.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in the oven for 30 minutes with the door cracked open.
  • 5Cover with plastic wrap and then foil and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
