How to Make Aunt Anne's Cheesecake
- Before starting leave cream cheese out till room temperature.
- Mix in one ingredient in at a time.
- Grease and flour a 10” springform pan. Put a cookie tray on the bottom rack in the oven to catch any spills.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in the oven for 30 minutes with the door cracked open.
- Cover with plastic wrap and then foil and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
