Ingredients
- 2 1/3 C - bisquick original
- 3 - eggs
- 1 C - brn sugar
- 1 1/2 cups applesauce
- 1/2 C - vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp - cinnamon
- 1 tsp - pure vanilla extract ( not imitation)
- 1 1/2 C - raisins
How To Make "applesauce raisin bread"

Step 1Beat eggs, add sugar, applesauce, oil & vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat until mixed.

Step 2Add: Bisquick, mix well. Stir in raisins, pour into oiled loaf pan.

Step 3Bake: @ 350 until top springs back when touched. (about 1 hr.)some ovens a little more. will be a nice golden brown top. NORE: This will rise a lot and the top will usually split before its done.

Step 4wrap in foil while warm. serve warm or freeze till your ready for a snack. this makes wonderful gifts.
