Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening,oleo, or butter (i love all)
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

How To Make applesauce cake

Step 1

Cream shortning,add sugar gradually

Step 2

add B soda to applesauce add this mixture to the shortening mixture add all other ingredients
Step 3

Bake in an 8X8 pan greased and floured oven set to 350 for 40 minutes.. Love with whipped cream or Ice Cream ENJOY
