Apple Spice Custard Cake

1 package
spice cake mix
2 medium
apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 (14 0z)
sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz)
container sour cream
1/4 c
lemon juice
ground cinnamon (optional)

How to Make Apple Spice Custard Cake


  • 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 13 x 9 baking dish. Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
  • 2Stir in apples. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • 3In a seperate bowl, combind sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Mix well. Remove cake from the oven; spread sour cream mixture over hot cake.
  • 4Put cake back in oven to bake about 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool. Chill. Store leftovers in the fridge.
