How to Make Apple Spice Custard Cake
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 13 x 9 baking dish. Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
- Stir in apples. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- In a seperate bowl, combind sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Mix well. Remove cake from the oven; spread sour cream mixture over hot cake.
- Put cake back in oven to bake about 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool. Chill. Store leftovers in the fridge.
