baking soda
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground mace
1 1/2 c
sugar
3/4 c
butter, softened
2 large
brown organic eggs
4
peeled , chopped granny smith apples
1/2 c
raisins
1 c
pecans

CARMEL GLAZE

1 c
heavey cream
1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp
light corn syrup
2 tsp
pure organic vanilla flavor
3 Tbsp
meted butter

How to Make Apple Spice Cake with Carmel Glaze

Step-by-Step

  • 1Center rack in center of preheated oven 350 degree.
    sifted flours, baking soda,salt, cinnamon,mace. Cream butter till creamy, then add sugar and eggs. beat until well blended. then add to flour mixture beat on med high for 1 min.
  • 2Fold in apples, raisins, and pecans. the batter will be thick. Bake for 1 hour and 15 mins.
  • 3Glaze over med heat mix all ingredients togather , and stir till it thickens. Pour over cooled cake.
