Ingredients

1 box spice cake mix
1 can apple pie filling (21 ounce)
2 - eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- powdered sugar (optional)

How To Make apple snack cake

Step 1

Preheat over to 350 degrees

Step 2

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
Step 3

Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Or pour in bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Cool cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
