apple/pumpkin pie spice mix

I'm using "parts" in this recipe so it is easily adjustable. As with any spice recipe adjust ingredients to your taste. If you like Cinnamon use more; like Clove?, use more; hate Nutmeg? use less, etc.

Ingredients For apple/pumpkin pie spice mix

  • 1 part
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 part
    nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 part
    ginger powder
  • 1/2 part
    allspice, ground
  • 3/4 part
    clove, ground
  • ...
    cardamon, ground, to taste (opt)

How To Make apple/pumpkin pie spice mix

    Mix all ingeredients well in bowl.

    Use or place in airtight container. Store as you would other spices.
