Ingredients
- 1/2 - stick of butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - lemon zest, grated
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar ( for topping)
- - 1 can of apple pie filling.
How To Make apple pie filling cake

Step 1Beat butter until soft, add sugar beat until light and fluffy. Then beat one egg at a time until combined.Add vanilla extract, lemon zest.

Step 2Add all your dry ingredients together in one third intervals adding your milk at the same time. Bake in a 9x13 pan grease and flour your pan. Pour your cake batter into pan. Add apple pie filling on top of cake batter and swirl it through.

Step 3Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the cake and bake. It gives a nice color! Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
