I thought of this recipe on my own. I had a can of apple pie filling laying around and put it in my cake batter. My kids love it. Friends can't get enough. Your cake is so moist, and the spice makes it all much more worth while.. I use Butter Cream frosting, but you can use whatever it is you like. Play with it and have fun.. Enjoy! Note* you will get more cupcakes when you add the filing. SO be prepared for more than 24

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix(follow directions on box)
1 can apple pie filling
1 tablespoon apple pie spice

How To Make apple pie cupcakes

Step 1

Follow directions of cake mix on the box

Step 2

Add Apple Pie Spice
Step 3

Add apple pie filling
Step 4

If apples are big make sure you cut them in half works a lot better
Step 5

Bake @ 350 for 20 mins or until firm.
Step 6

Frosting
Step 7

I use buttercream, but you may use whatever you feel the need to. I make my buttercream home made by site. I don't measure anything and it always turns out great.. Enjoy!
