    graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 5 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 5 c
    apples cored and sliced
  • 3 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 1
    egg slightly beaten

How to Make apple pecan cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. crust take graham crackers 5Tlbs meted butter cinn, blend together press in springform pan bottom and sides bake at 350 for 6 mins remove from oven let cool
  2. take apples, brown sugar, pecans, cook in cast iron pan med heat till soften let cool
  3. cream cream cheese, 1/4 c sugar, egg , vannila
  4. place cooked apples in bottom of cake pan spread evenly poor cheese cake mixture on top , cook at 350 for 45 to 55 mins till tooth pick comes out clean turn off oven let cool in oven for 4 hours garnish with sliced apples and pecans
