This is an unusual cake that has no flour, the Graham Crackers replace it. This would be great for an afternoon snack for kids and so good for the grown-up kids with a cup of coffee. The recipe is from Christy Jordan on Southern Plate
1Pre-Heat oven to 350 - Grease an 8 x 8 pan - Blend sugar , Margarine, and eggs in a bowl with a spoon, Stir in the Graham Cracker Crumbs, Apples and Walnuts, untill well Blended. Spread the Batter in the Pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or till firm to the touch. Sprinkle liberally with Confectioners Sugar. Cool and cut into Squares.
