I living in Apple a state that's all about apples lol we have apple trees in are yards,we are always looking for recipes for apples but I do make it when its not apple season!!! its so good !!!!!this is My Mother-In-Laws recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 large eggs
1/3to1/4 cup milk
4 to 6 - apples

How To Make apple "kuchen" cake

Step 1

Mix all ingredients togehter add milk gradually.batter should be think(spreadable)

Step 2

Grease pie plate with butter and flour,Spread batter in 9"pie plate.Peel and cut apples into to quarters.quarter apples twice.
Step 3

Place apples in pie plate in circular pattern.I start from the outside all the way to the middle Sprinkle sugar & cinnamon on top of apples.
Step 4

bake at 350 til dough is light brown or done
