Ingredients
- 3 - eggs,beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts if you want
How To Make apple zucchini cake

Step 1Cream the eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and orange extract and cinnamon together mixing well.. add in the applesauce..

Step 2Add grated zucchini. Slowly stir in flour and soda and b powder. mixing very well.. Put into a 9x13 inch pan.

Step 3Bake 350* for 1 hour. let cool.. I have frosted it with a cream cheese frosting with nuts on top.. or sometimes I just serve it unfrosted.. It is a very moist cake.. Enjoy
