This a family receipe. I got it from my mother in law when I got married. Every tme we had a special family dinner she made this cake! It was a hit with my kids and we have been making it ever since!

Ingredients
- - 1 box of yellow cake mix, 2 cans of apple pie filling, two to three sticks of butter.
How To Make apple dump cake

Step 1In a large casserole size dish add both cans of apple pie filling, spread evenly. Open cake mix and add dry mix over the apples, spread evenly. Cut slices of butter, enough to cover the entire top of the dry cake mix.

Step 2Bake in oven at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and let set for around 10 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream over the top of each slice. Enloy!
