This is a personal favorite of mine. It is very moist and delicious. You can glaze it or frost it, but it is good without icing. You can also add coconut, raisins or any other desired fruit or nut combinations you'd like.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup wesson oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 cups raw apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- GLAZE
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make apple dapple cake

Step 1Cream together the Wesson oil, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Set aside.

Step 2Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; mix well. Fold in apples, pecans and vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 3Bring brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a boil, stirring constantly until everything is melted and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Spread on Apple Dapple Cake.
