1Cream together eggs, sugar, and oil. Combine flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add this to creamed mixture; 1 cup at a time, beating well. Add 5 teaspoons vanilla, 1 cup chopped nuts, 2 cups coconut, and 3 large apples, chopped. Bake in large pan (10 x 15") that has been greased and floured; 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Topping: 1 stick margarine, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup milk. Let this mixture come to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Puncture warm cake with a fork and spoon this topping over the cake.
