apple crunch caramel cheese cake
I made dinner last night for a neighbor and for desert I made a apple crunch. I had some of the crunch and apples left an thought well I will make a small tort for my husband, but we had company come in and didn't make it. So this morning when I started to make it I thought I'll try something new. So this is what I came up with. We loved it and my daughter and her boyfriend loved it too. Hope you do to.

Ingredients
- 1 - unbaked pie shell deep dish
- 1 can spiced apple pie filling
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 stick cold butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-8oz package cream cheese room temp.
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
How To Make apple crunch caramel cheese cake

Step 1Crunch Mix: Mix flour,brown sugar,cinnamon,together then cut the stick of cold butter into little pieces,cut it into the flour mix until its like peas

Step 2Chop apple slices in small pieces

Step 3Put half of crunch mix in bottom of pie crust, then add apples, then sprinkle rest of crunch on top of apples.Drizzle 1/2 of carmel over the top.

Step 4Cheese Cake: With mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy, add egg and beat,add sour cream and vanilla,mix well.

Step 5Pour this on top of of apple crunch

Step 6Bake on 350 for 30 min or until cheese cake is set. It took mine 30 min.But each oven is different. When cake is cooled drizzle rest of carmel over top of cheese cake
