- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar or splenda sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or light salt
- 1/2 cup butter or light butter
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk or non-fat milk
- 2 1/4 cups apples,peeled, cored,slice and divided
How To Make apple coffee cake

Step 1Combine flour,sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl; mix well. Blend in butter, eggs and milk; pour half of batter into a greased and floured 9x9" baking pan.

Step 2Arrange remaining apples over Topping, followed by remaining batter remaining Topping. Bake at 350F 40 minutes. Make 16 servings.

Step 3Topping; 1/2 c. brown sugar or Splenda brown sugar 3 Tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon butter or light butter /combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well
