Ingredients
- 3 cups finely diced apples
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 - container german chocolate frosting
- GLAZE
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 3 to 4 tablespoons vanilla soy milk
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make apple cinnamon pecan cake

Step 1Glaze: Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and stir until smooth. Set the bowl aside.

Step 2Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a Bundt pan or tube pan.

Step 3In a bowl, mix together the apples, vanilla, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 4Using a mixer beat the sugar, oil, German Chocolate Frosting and eggs in a large bowl. Add in the dry ingredients and beat until completely combined. Fold in the apple mixture.

Step 5Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a tester inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.

Step 6Allow the cake to fully cool in the pan, about 1 hour, and then turn it out onto a plate

Step 7Glaze: Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and stir until smooth. Set the bowl aside. Drizzle the cake with some of the cinnamon glaze, and then sprinkle the pecans on top
