Makes a very nice quick Autumn Cake. Great for Thanksgiving.

You can use any 2 Pie Fillings you would like, or both Pie Fillings the same flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    19 ounce cherry pie filling
  • 1 can(s)
    19 ounce apple pie filling
  • 1 pkg
    18.25 ounce white cake mix
  • 1 c
    quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted

How to Make Apple, Cherry, Almond Dump Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    Grease a 13inch by 9 inch pan.
  2. In the greased pan mix Cherry and Apple Pie fillings.
  3. In a separate bowl combine dry Cake Mix, Oats, Brown Sugar, and Almonds. Sprinkle evenly over the fruit filling. Pour melted Butter evenly over crumble mixture, moisten crumbs as much as possible.
  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.
    Serve warm.
