3 large eggs
1.5 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

ICING INGREDIENTS
4 ounces butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk

How To Make apple cake with icing

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
Step 3

Cook icing ingredients in small saucepan 2 1/2 minutes and pour over warm cake.
