- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cups diced apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make apple cake with cream cheese frosting

Step 1beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, oil and vanilla. Sift togerther next 5 ingredients and add to first mixture. Stir in the apples nuts. put in a greased 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 for 45 min. Let cool 10-15 min. Spread with cream cheese frosting.

Step 2Cream Cheese Frosting. 1 ( 3oz)cream cheese at room temperature pinch of salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 cups Confectioners sugar. mix all ingredients until smooth.
