Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium cooking apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup craisins or raisins, optional
- 2 large eggs, beaten, use frozen egg substitute like egg beaters
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make apple cake, no fat, slow cooker

Step 1Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add apples and craisins (if using) and stir lightly to be sure all apples are coated with batter. Combine eggs and vanilla. Add to apples mixture and stir briefly. Spoon into a slow cooker that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Step 2Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve warm with low fat whipped topping or frozen yogurt.
