3Fold in the 3 ingredients that you previously set aside.
4Pour into 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
5CARAMEL ICING (Optional)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. milk
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts, optional
6Melt butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Add brown sugar and boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and bring to a boil. Cool to lukewarm. Put powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Add butter mixture and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
