I got this recipe from a friend that i used to work with at the mall many years ago. He wrote it on a piece of card board box!Then told me i had to keep it on that card board or the recipe would not turn out for me LOL.. This taste really wonderful and makes the house smell so good. I half the recipe and bake in a pyrex loaf pan as in the picture. Oh YEAH I STILL HAVE THE RECIPE ON THE CARD BOARD!

flour
3 c

apples -diced and peeled
1 c

canola oil
2 c

sugar
1 1/2 c

pecans-chopped
1 tsp

baking powder
1 Tbsp

salt
1 tsp

cinnamon, ground

egges
1 pkg

butterscotch chips 11oz bag

How To Make apple cake

Blend eggs,oil and sugar.

Add flour,salt,cinnamon,baking powder.

Add Apple and pecans (Alternating)

place in 9x12 pyrex dish. place butter scotch mousel on top. bake at 350 for 50 min.
