Got this recipe from a lady I used to work with. She made it for a pot luck at work and everyone loved it.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups applesauce
2 cups sugar
4 - eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups apples
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make apple cake

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 13x9 cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 350F. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after it cools.
