How To Make apple cake

Cream butter & sugar; add eggs; mix well.

Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture; stir in diced apples, nuts, & vanilla.

Pour into greased 8X8X2 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
