Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup pealed diced granny smith apple
4 - eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup applebutter
2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
- applebutter glaze

How To Make apple butter cake

Step 1

mix pecans, cinnamon, & brown sugar together in a bowl set aside. in a large bowl mix the cake mix, eggs, sour cream, & applebutter together batter will be thick. in a bunt that is well sprayed with bakers cooking spray pour half the batter in then pour the cinnamon,nut,sugar mixture over that then the rest of the cake mixture. bake for 55mins on 325.until a tooth pick comes out clean. let cool

Step 2

Applebutter Glaze 2 tbsp applebutter 1 1/2 cups of powered sugar mix in a small bowl pour over cake after it has cooled! ENJOY
