I love banana nut bread, but can not eat nuts too often.
Today since I had some banana's that had turned dark, and I had a couple of apples...I decided to combine the 2 and make a delishish bread~
*I peeled and chopped my apples in a food processor...if you do not have one, just chop up with knife*

Preheat oven to 350'. Grease & flour a loaf pan.

Beat butter & sugar with mixer. Add eggs; beat until well blended.

In a separate small bowl; Combine bananas (mashing with a fork), milk, & vanilla.

In another bowl; Mix flours, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, & nutmeg.

Alternately blend banana mixture and flour mixture into the butter mixture...beat just until blended with each addition.

Add chopped apple. Stirring with a spoon.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. *or until done*

Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool {ENJOY}
