1 pkgbutter pecan cake mix

3/4 cwhite sugar

1/2 cvegetable oil

1 cpureed pumpkin

1/4 cwater
-
1 tspground cinnamon

4 lgeggs

pillsbury buttercream frosting
How To Make anita's perfect pumpkin cupcakes for dummies

1Preheat oven to 350° F. Line muffin pan with 24 paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Also prepare an 8x8" pan with cooking spray.

2Combine all ingredients except frosting and beat until smooth. Scoop about 1/3 cup batter into each muffin cup.

3Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cupcakes.

4Allow to cool before frosting. Using a pastry bag to frost cupcakes is the easiest.

5Makes about 24 large cupcakes plus an 8x8" brownie pan. You can also make mini cupcakes, which need to bake about 15 minutes.
