With the hot days coming upon us we need something lite to end those great hot cook outs. Well here is a piece of heaven for you and your guests. Mine enjoyed it very much.

Ingredients

1 can 20 ounce crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 cup thawed cool whip whipped topping
1 package 10 ounce round angle food cake,cut into 3 layers
- seasonal fruit

How To Make angel pineapple lush

Step 1

Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Step 2

Stack cake layers on plate spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
Step 3

Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries.
