With the hot days coming upon us we need something lite to end those great hot cook outs. Well here is a piece of heaven for you and your guests. Mine enjoyed it very much.

20 ounce crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pkg
vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 c
thawed cool whip whipped topping
1 pkg
10 ounce round angle food cake,cut into 3 layers
seasonal fruit


1Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
2Stack cake layers on plate spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
3Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries.
