4 slicestore bought or homemade angel food cake

8 tspsoft butter or margarine spread

1/4 clight brown sugar

2 scoop(s)coffee ice cream
How to Make Angel Toast
- Spread all 4 cake slices on both sides with butter; Sprinkle both sides with brown sugar,
- Place cake slices on a lightly greased foil lined baking sheet. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until cake is toasted and sugar is bubbly. Watch closely not to burn! Let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
- Arrange your slices (2 per person)on a small plate and add a generous scoop of coffee ice cream, and serve immediately. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
