This two ingredient easy cake recipe offers just the right amount of sweetness.

Note: Look at the instructions on the box and do not buy a cake mix that has two packets in it.(they have a sep. egg white pkt). I have tried to bake it twice with this kind of cake mix and the cake did not turn out correctly.

  2. Once the mixture is combined (it will start to froth and turn fluffy in the bowl), pour it into a 9x13 greased cake pan.
