angel food cake
This was my first attempt at making an angel food cake. I looked all over for a recipe, couldn't find a basic one on here, which is why I am posting this since I found they are all basically the same so I tried this one. It was easier than I thought it would be.

-
Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Turn pan upside down on rack to cool making sure there is plenty of air flow around pan. Cool completely before removing from pan.
