angel balsamic cream berry cake
A tart berry cake I created for the summer holidays. Change up the fruits for any holiday, But we just love our berries soaked in balsamic vinegar. An easy semi-homemade dessert, my family just loves!

- 1 - storebought angelfood bundt cake
- 2 quarts any berries mixed
- 1 - 8oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 - 8oz container coolwhip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
How To Make angel balsamic cream berry cake

Step 1Add berries in a bowl and pour balsamic over and toss gently, they will need to soak for a good 5-10mins. Whip cream cheese and vanilla with hand mixer. Gently fold whipped topping into creamcheese Meanwhile take your angelfood cake out of refrigerator (easier to cut if cold.)

Step 2Slice cake with good bread knife. Drain but don't rinse berries. Put largest cake on bottom and spread with cream cheese mix then berries. Add top layer of cake and spread remaining creamcheese mix on top, place berries into creamcheese mix and pour remaining berries in and around cake. Refrigerate for 3 hours before slicing to serve. Refrigerate any leftover cake.
