Amish Spice Cake

Kimberly Kay

Everyone in my family loves this cake; it always gets gobbled up!

You can frost it with either cream cheese or vanilla frosting (either store-bought or your favorite recipe; I used store-bought vanllia).

It comes from 'Delicious Amish Recipes', by Phyllis Pellman Good.

*To make sour milk, just add a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk.
