1Cream together lard, sugar, egg and salt. Add the dry ingredients alternating with the milk, until all is blended. Pour 1/2 of mix in a greased and floured cake pan, cover this the pie filling, then the last of the mix.
2in a bowl blend all the crumbs ingredients and crumble over top of mix. Bake at 350 until done 25-35 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with or without ice cream.
