2 clight brown sugar or splenda brown sugar

2 cflour

3/4 cbutter flavor shortening or vegetable oil

2 tspvanilla

1 chot coffee

How To Make amish coffee cake

1Mix sugar,flour and shortening or oil until lumpy.Do not mix until creamy. Take out one cup for the topping. Dissolve soda in hot coffee and add to the flour mixutre. Also add egg and vanilla.

2Spread on the sheet pan 9x12x2 inch and sprinkle on topping. This is a thin batter. Bake at 325-350 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powder sugar or lightly brown sugar after baked.
