- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant butterscotch pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup nuts (if desired)
- 1/2 cup coconut(if desired)
- 1 - cool whip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 13x9" pan
