- 1 box butter yellow cake mix
- 11 ounces can madarin oranges ( with juice )
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 12 ounces cool whip
- 1 box cheese cake mix
- 22 ounces crushed pineapple ( with juice )
- 1 package frozen coconut
How To Make ambrosia cake

Step 1Preheat oven 325 degrees Mix cake mix, add eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with juice. Mix very well. Pout into 3 8 inch or 9 inch cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake about 30 minutes or until cake is done. Turn out and let cool completely.

Step 2Frosting Mix cool whip,sour cream,crushed pineapple with juice and cheesecake mix. Add between layers and top...( sides are optional ) Sprinkle coconut between layers and on top of cake.. Refrigerate
